Do you want to be part of shaping the future cinema experience through smart and innovative IT solutions? Filmstaden and Odeon Cinemas Group are now looking for an Application & Change Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking IT team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work hands-on with our system management, contributing to both strategic initiatives and the day-to-day improvement of our systems and digital platforms!

About the role

As an Application & Change Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT solutions related to loyalty, integrations, and supporting systems are developed, maintained, and continuously improved. You will have ownership of the technical requirements in these areas and act as a key link between IT and various parts of the organization. A central part of your role will be to drive ongoing improvements, manage smaller projects and initiatives, and ensure that our solutions are future-proof, efficient, and designed with our guest experience in mind.

You will act as the Delivery Lead for two smaller developer teams focused on Loyalty and Integrations. Over time, your scope as Delivery Lead could also expand to digital channels (web, app). In this role, you are responsible for planning and prioritizing the teams’ work.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that loyalty, integrations, and select supporting systems meet expected standards both now and in the future. You will secure operational stability, efficient architecture, and excellent user experience.
  • Work closely with several business units to understand, capture, and analyze needs and demands. You will prepare decision material in consultation with business stakeholders and be responsible for the subsequent delivery and follow-up.
  • Lead releases within your scope. Plan and prioritize the developer teams’ work to ensure effective delivery and high-quality results that enhance the cinema experience
  • Act as a project manager for larger initiatives, ensuring high quality, traceability, and alignment throughout the entire process from requirements gathering to final delivery
  • Manage and develop agreements with third-party suppliers, including negotiation and following up on service-level agreements (SLAs) as well as ensuring that compliance and security requirements are met

You will join ODEON Cinemas Group Northern Europe, which includes some of the most well-known cinema brands in the Nordics: Finnkino (Finland), Filmstaden (Sweden), and Odeon Kino (Norway). You will be part of our IT department and join the Application & Change team alongside three other colleagues. In this role, you will work closely with the broader IT organization as well as various departments across the company. You will report directly to the Head of Application & Change.

You will be based at our Support Office in Gamla Råsunda, Stockholm, with the possibility to partially work from home through our hybrid working model. The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period, and the start date is by agreement, but as soon as possible after the summer.

  • Relevant academic education within IT, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven ability to gather and handle requirements from cross-functional business units, preferably within an international environment
