Senior Marketing Manager (Brand & Campaigns) – Filmstaden, Finnkino and Odeon Kino

Support Office/Stockholm Stockholm Support Office Sista ansökningsdag: 2025-06-30

Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for building brands, leading teams, and driving impactful campaigns? We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Marketing Manager to join the Northern Europe team at Odeon Cinemas Group. If you have strong leadership skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited about the world of cinema – this could be the perfect role for you!

About the role

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a cross-functional team of talented marketing professionals—managers, designers, and coordinators—across Sweden, Finland, and Norway. You will drive the planning and execution of multi-channel nordic campaigns that increase attendance, strengthen our brands, and support both B2C and B2B objectives for three of the most iconic cinema brands in the Nordics: Filmstaden (Sweden), Finnkino (Finland), and Odeon Kino (Norway). You will also be leading hands on the local B2C marketing for Filmstaden in Sweden with the help of the team.

In this key leadership position, you’ll build strong relationships across the business, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that our marketing efforts are creative, effective, and aligned with our commercial goals and brand vision.

Some key accountabilities and responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a Nordic marketing team of managers, designers, and coordinators
  • Drive the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across the Nordic markets (Filmstaden, Finnkino, Odeon Kino) and locally for Filmstaden
  • Own the regional marketing calendar and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-channel B2C and B2B campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across markets and manage collaborations with media agencies and external partners
  • Oversee marketing budgets, campaign workflows, and process development together with your team
  • Act as the Nordic representative in Odeon Cinema Group´s networks, helping localise strategic initiatives and group campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams such as PR, Digital, Sales, Film Booking, and Distributors to deliver insight-driven, impactful marketing

This is a temporary position for 12 months based at our Support Office in Gamla Råsunda in Stockholm, with the opportunity to work partially from home in accordance with our hybrid working model. Start date is to be agreed upon, but we hope you can join us as soon as possible after the summer. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing, located in Helsinki.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of working in a similar role with experience in leading marketing teams, ideally across multiple countries
  • Strong background in consumer marketing, campaign strategy, and brand building, ideally gained from well-known brands
  • Experience working with media and creative agencies, from briefing to evaluation with hands-on experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, print, etc.)
  • Solid project and team management experience with a track record of successful execution
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present, visualise, and tell compelling stories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Swedish and English. Knowledge of Finnish or Norwegian is a plus, but not required

Personal Qualities and Characteristics

You are a passionate and self-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With a natural balance between creativity and structure, you’re equally comfortable developing strategic roadmaps as you are managing day-to-day campaign execution. You combine a strategic and analytical mindset with strong planning and organisational skills, enabling you to navigate complex challenges while keeping teams focused and aligned.

You believe in building inclusive, high-performing teams and fostering a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills make you an effective relationship-builder across markets, departments, and functions—an essential quality in a role where cross-functional communication is key.

We highly value personal suitability and are looking for someone who lives our core values: Fun & Passion, Quality & Service, Trust & Respect, Cooperation & Accountability. Finally, you’ll bring a genuine enthusiasm for marketing—and a true passion for cinema. If this sounds like you, we’d welcome you on our journey to make movies better for audiences across the Nordics.

What We Offer

  • An exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and creative environment where your ideas and leadership will help shape the future of cinema marketing in the Nordics
  • A collaborative and international team culture that values openness, trust, and having fun together—across borders and departments
  • Hybrid working flexibility (2–3 remote days per week depending on project needs) and a modern workplace in the heart of Gamla Råsunda, just steps from Sweden’s most iconic cinema
  • A chance to make a real impact in a well-loved industry that brings stories to life on the big screen
  • Perks including free movie tickets, wellness benefits, and great colleagues who are as passionate about entertainment as you are
