Senior Loyalty Manager to Odeon Cinemas Group in Northern Europe

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Senior Loyalty Manager to lead the Loyalty team in Northern Europe (Filmstaden, Odeon Kino and Finnkino). About the role

As Senior Loyalty Manager, you will lead Loyalty Specialists across Finland, Norway and Sweden. Together, you manage loyalty programs in the three markets and drive a marketing automation framework that increases guest engagement and visit frequency. You play a role in shaping and implementing OCG’s loyalty strategy and personalized communication across the guest journey, and you ensure successful planning and execution of CRM and loyalty initiatives both centrally and locally.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Lead the loyalty function with budget and personnel responsibility for Finnkino, Odeon Kino and Filmstaden.
  • Manage and support the Loyalty team, set annual plans, targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor, analyse and report key loyalty metrics to drive growth and engagement.
  • Optimize loyalty programs and marketing automation to drive visit frequency and enhance the guest journey.
  • Participate in the strategic work within OCG and the territory to define Loyalty and CRM strategies.
  • Support the implementation of loyalty strategies and tactical plans.
  • Work closely with IT and vendors on loyalty systems and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams on campaigns and activities.
  • Manage relationships with film studios and distributors.
  • Liaise with OCG markets to share learnings and strengthen capabilities.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Solid experience in loyalty programs, CRM and martech.
  • Leadership experience, preferably across Nordic markets.
  • Strong coordination skills with both detail and strategic perspective.
  • Ability to coordionate and collaborate across teams and countries.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation and user journeys.
  • Experience with MA tools and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English is required. Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian skills are an advantage.

This is a full-time, permanent position, based at any of our Support Offices in Stockholm (Solna), Oslo or Helsinki with the opportunity to work partially from home in accordance with our hybrid working model. Start date to be agreed upon.
